History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Helen's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Helen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Conrad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
