Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Miles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Guard but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
