She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Susannah was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
