Through the years after Godfrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sage business.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hugolina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Hugolina and her spouse have recently divorced.
