Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beatrice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beatrice. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aldous is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
