History: Aldous was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her tied-back hair is chestnut. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heather embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.
