After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her youth she was a Tanner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born in the east. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: Born in the south to a Gardener, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
