Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears a black shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and green pants. She is an epitome of beauty. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Guard mother left her crippled. She became a Scribe soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a guard again

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She prefers to wear flannel. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has never given up on her writing dream.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She wears her black hair down. Her ears are large.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rosalind fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She typically wears violet cloth garments or leather armor. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
