History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His black hair is long and unkept. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
