Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Giselle enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: She wears a fancy red dress. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her white hair is well kept. She has blue eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rohesia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rohesia. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and a rival would like her out of the picture
