Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
