History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Rosamund's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest woman in the east
