History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and expand his business

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anne grew up listening to her father's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To be a Slave Trader again; and further expansion of business

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Performer born in the past three hundred years. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Performer business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Performer. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to get a good night's sleep
