History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Doctor father left her crippled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Alice was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.
