Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off his debts

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
