History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Eva hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Through the years after Eva was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Eva's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it
