His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), marred by sweets. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Hubert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
