Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vicky does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She now mingles about in high society.
