Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After months of barely getting by, Joan managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
