History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
