History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
