Description: He wears dull blue sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Roland will drive conversation. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is greedy

Description: She is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her bastard sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. Her auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Slave Trader. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Maynild lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and further expansion of business
