Description: He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly flails and maces. His black hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ernest will drive conversation. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Barber profession.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ernest was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ernest decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a yellow suit, brown shirt, and pastel tie, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Frederick grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Trym was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her axe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, marred by sweets. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to be a guard again
