Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
