History: Born in the north to a Courier, Margery learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She became a Courier soon after.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
