History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Giselle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Giselle was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
