Description: This late middle aged man wears bulky brown painted plate armor and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has green eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He takes great joy in being the best Ploughman in town.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ploughman.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is silver and very short. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Susannah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many illithids want her driven away

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: Agatha lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and money/treasure

Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Millicent will drive conversation. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: Millicent was born the youngest of three triplets. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Courier, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and wants to raise her children well
