History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Emmeline grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. During her travels, Emmeline and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Emmeline discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Emmeline fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a Fisher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
