History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.

Description: Standing 6'4", this man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Rolf hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
