History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Sarah studied abroad. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He stands about 6'0" and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shane does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a bow on her belt, and is pretty ugly. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many giants want her driven away
