History: Vicky lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Vicky never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Charles is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Charles decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
