Personality: He is fixated on the number 46. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by giants. Tim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the west. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
