Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Adam began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
