Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Herleva hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She prefers to wear grey clothing when she does not wear armor. Her red hair is braided into rings. She has violet eyes and a grey hat with a green feather.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She wears a white cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. She carries with her a set of rapiers, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beatrice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Many drow want her driven away.
