History: Isabella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.
