Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dean embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
