He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
