History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Layabout father left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Joan was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
