History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Thomas was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.
