History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has a very tight haircut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has moderate length blonde hair. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has money and likes to spend it
