Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a Sailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
