History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Everard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Everard. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Juliana learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dyer. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Alice was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alice's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Barkeep, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Tailor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
