History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Hubert was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 90. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
