History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
