Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it, and is pretty ugly. Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Unemployed who has hired her part-time. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Unemployed but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Melissa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bounty Hunter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

His hair is long and blonde with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Godfrey grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Godfrey took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his painting dream.
