History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
