Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and revenge

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Beatrice enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her absent father

Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure
