History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Ernest was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ernest's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
