Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a violet shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and violet pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Ernest hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a great chef.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is greedy

Description: She wears tattered old clothes. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She has a very tight haircut. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her broad red hat.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Matilda was born the youngest of three triplets. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Nicholas took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
