Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Griselda was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Emma grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
